I would tell ALL my friends and their friends too That I would NEVER recogmend this clinic to anyone I and my mother have been going to this Clinic for more than 40years and spent thousands of dollars. I called to have my Very loved dog put to sleep and they asked me has he been in in the past 6 months. When I told the no but it does'nt matter because I will be putting him to sleep in 5 minute they had the nerve to tell me that they would like to do an $50 exam to "get to know him again" before they put him down. They wanted to add extra profit on my personal sorrow. This was outragious tell all your frinds not to go to this clinic.

My experience with this clinic was not good. I questioned the fact that I was charged $46 for an exam prior to a vaccination when my puppy had just had an exam few weeks before. I was told "99% of the people do not even question the charge". I was treated very rudely and will not return to that clinic. I was told different information by different people - training of their staff must not be adequate.

The staff and doctors helped my very sick cat. They were all so nice and professional through it all. They kept me posted throughout each day. I would never go anywhere else!
