There are much better companies to work for. The management at URSA could be best described as top down, rigid, capricious and fault finding. Rather than creating a team atmosphere, the company seems to prefer fault finding and blaming the drivers when unintended things happen.



The drop yard and operations in Milwaukee can only be described as a total pit. The company does not seem to respect the clothes, shoes and cars of the employees. The parking lot is filled with potholes and is often flooded. The company either turns a blind eye to this or refuses to fix this.



The insurance is very expensive for a family person. The benefits are mediocre. There is no 401K and no company provided life insurance.
