Best scrapbooking store! I drive two hours from Chicago’s western suburbs to shop here. The people who work here are friendly and helpful, and the selection is unequaled. Now if they could only be closer!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. A while back, I purchased several items including a felt tip pen. Unfortunately, I discovered that the pen was dry/useless and went to return it with my receipt the next day. Instead of an apology and quick refund, I was told I could only be given store credit. As I had no need for any other items, the shop was out of my way, & I preferred not to chance another defective marker, I told her that I greatly preferred a refund. The clerk told me in clipped tones that this would constitute special treatment and that I "was not special." She also complained that it would "mess up their books." Wow. While I did ultimately get my refund, it took approximately 15 minutes and I never received an apology for my inconvenience. Warmth and customer service are sorely lacking and the loveliest products can't make up for that.

It has excellent products, the service is friendly & professional, they have classes that count, and it's fun to go to!
