To make a long story short, this company does NOT care about it's reputation. An absentee landlord who owns a run down property next to us had this firm reroof this property. We sent a letter to the landlord as well as the owner of this roofing firm PRIOR to the job being started to indicate we would not let the roofer onto our property to work on this property due to problems we had had with damage to our property done by the landlord and tenants. We indicated in our letter to the roofer that we had nothing against his firm but due to previous problems, we had to take this type of stand. We ended up with some damage and had to pick up debris and nails that could have gotten into our vehicle tires. The workers also harassed us and we ended up calling the police - the police indicated if the situation escalated, a citation would be issued to the contractor. Now, this roofer has hoodwinked the elderly neighbor on the other side of us to have his home reroofed and we will surely have damage done as his home is closing to ours and this roofer will do nothing to protect our siding or home. We take great pride in our home and our reputation as people who are considerate of others and who do not lie and we can prove it. Please take into consideration that this roofing company does not care about their reputation. They never asked for permission prior to doing the roof job and we also indicated in our letter that we had nothing against them but explained why we felt the way we did and had to do what we did. We were harassed anyway and continue to be.
