If I could not give this salon...

If I could not give this salon a star, I would. This was by far my WORST salon experience I've ever had in 15 years. First of all, there was no one there at the time of my appointment. Secondly when someone did show up, the woman who was supposed to do my appointment didn't show up, so a girl from the East Town Spa had to be sent over half an hour later. I explained to her that I wanted to go from blonde to brunette but with no warmth over 10 times. I was very particular in saying this because I know my hair takes to red which I do not like at all. I was told that since it would be more of a process I would be charged an additional $42, which I agreed to. After sitting in the uncomfortable chair with my head resting in the sink for an HOUR, and not being told what was going on, my hair had to be toned because it was a "tad warmer than I would like." After being rinsed and covered in water with half of my makeup being washed off, she cut my hair. It was the most pitiful cut I've ever had. I could not really see the color of my hair in the salon, but since this appointment was now bordering on 3 hours long, I had to leave because of work. When I went up to pay I found out I was charged $82 on top of the $50 I spent on the Groupon. I was going to be late for work now so I did not have the time to ask what I was charged for. I ended being late for work due to this horrible appointment as well. When I got home, I saw my hair was straight up red, exactly what I didn't want. Then I go to see that the back of my favorite Victoria's Secret shirt had dye all down the back. I proceeded to call the salon manager and received the worst customer service. I was NEVER apologized to for having a bad experience or the girl ruining my shirt. I asked to schedule an appointment to get it fixed because I was very unhappy and when I went the following day, it was proceeded with even worse customer service. A different girl corrected my hair, but with a very bitter attitude and seemed mad she had to correct the mistake. After my hair was finally decent, I asked to speak to the salon owner of East Town Spa/ Reagan and Ruby, to show her my ruined shirt. She simply questioned how the dye would have gotten there and asked what I wanted her to do. I asked for reimbursement of the shirt that is now ruined. She said " you want a full $25 for that shirt??" I said yes, I was compensation for the shirt I no longer can wear. She said she would give me a $20 salon credit and walked away, without ever saying sorry. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE.
