I ordered this product thorough the home depot store online. When it was delivered I could not believe it. It looked like a 1st grader taped the packaged. Once I hoped it I realized I either got a returned item without the box because the box belonged to another product that for whatever reason did not have the product but had this box left over. Because the size difference they had to use additional cardboard to hold this item in place. I don't think I would ever buy another product if it means it is coming from their company. It is really sad that we live in a world now that customer service is little about the customer but what the customer is forced to accept.
