This is a dishonest organization. They called with an offer of free blades to try at no commitment. They send blades and follow-up with an invoice. I call for a return authorization and they do not answer the phone. Their 800 number is the wrong number so some poor guy in Florida has the pleasure of dealing with their upset "marks".



Do not do business with these crooks.

Here's a company to the worst degree, they will call and say they got new cutter for you to try, you say no thank-you and they say well send it to you to try out. If you dont like it then send it back. Well if you tell them no, they will still send it and send you an invoice in the next few days. So I called to return it and I got this salesman telling me it was ordered and theres no such thing as a sample try out. He even persisted and made fun of my profession of being a male office manager. I know it seems funny coming from a struggling salesman. Hes got to lie to make a sale and struggles with the reality that his profession has the littlest rewards in life. I guess thats why he was so pissed his little scam didnt work. It talks about the same scam and the company named cutting tool and they moved to wisconsin and only use a PO box for checks. Sounds like the same scam.
