Why is McDonald's going down?
1. Only 1 cashier at the front.
2. She spent the time I was there pouring coffee to the homeless people that were there.
3. The dining room contained mostly homeless people.
4. The evening menu was still displayed leading me and others to believe that we could order a burger or filet for breakfast. (I would have like this better)
5. The manager, cashier at the drive - thru and rest of the staff were all in back like someone forced them all back there.
6. The cashier nor any of the staff ever acknowledged myself or the patrons waiting to be helped so we all left a about 7 minutes of being ignored.
7. One of the homeless gentlemen helped himself to the buzzer behind the counter that allows people to use the rest room as if he worked there.

I am all for helping displaced people in their time of need, homeless or not but to not even acknowledge the other patrons is just rude. Anyone else walking in there might have been afraid of being harassed or robbed of their belongings.

Not worth a higher wage for horrible service. Better yet, no service.
