Mr. Lovett, comes from a family oriented in military and has utilized the leadership, skills and professionalism he was immersed in from a young age. Growing up he later joined the B.S.A. Boy Scouts of America where quickly he became a leader, Order of Arrow and an Eagle Scout receiving awards for these accomplishments. Furthering this trend to lead successfully he soon was exposed to Freemasonry where he became a Master Mason in 3 months, Core Officer within another 4 months and finally Worshipful Master in 3 years, normally it requires 8 years if diligent. After a highly successful year as WM he stepped down and he was then asked to become head Trustee where he over saw the entire buildings care & finances. Soon he would be voted back into the previous role of WM by popular demand and has lead the fraternity into a hightened level of successes. .Since then he has been asked to and joined (2) OES Order of Eastern Star Organizations, R.A.M. Royal Arch Masons and Knights Templar - Commander 1. Mr. Lovett is a business leader whose financial and entrepreneurial skills facilitate initiatives that create significant customer relationships that lead to improved profit avenues. A professional in relationship-building and diversified operational skills contribute to enhanced organizational development and performance. He has been a home owner for over 15 years including and includes multi family properties personally operated / maintained. Mr. Lovett owned and operated a daycare facility in the Racine, WI area till it reached its hightened profit level and sold it to new owners who were seeking to expand their operations! He actively participates in SBA meetings and local government discussions. Mr. Lovett has assisted in the direct launching of Area wide Cellular, Cingular Wireless store, (2) AT&T retail outlet and Sun-com Wireless. He has also re-launch (2) Oreck Floor Care Centers into profitability in the Wisconsin area. Mr. Lovett is also active as an Honorary State Chairman of the Business Advisory Council and director level in Pre-paid Legal. Mr. Lovett has degrees in Advanced Electronics AAS / EET, Studied Real Estate Courses and is certified by the City of Milwaukee as a landlord / property manager. Mr. Lovett is a proven leader in the local community, excels at any project he leads and strives for success on all levels. He has a passion to help people and continues to lead and donate at blood drives for over 20 years. Other associations include S.C.O.R.E., State of Wisconsin, J.B. VanHollen, United States Senate Members and the Mayor of Wisconsin.
