Knowledgeable and helpful staff

Will never use this business again. Some years back. My husband got a rollator from them. Process was quick getting it. He brought in his script from the doctor. They called his insurance and Medicare. In 10 or so minutes he was approved. In about a half hour they had his rollator set up and ready to go. Our 20% of the cost was 19.99. On to recent. I took my friend up there for a rollator. She has MS. She uses it for balance when walking. Her current rollator. The wheels are very worn out. This was something a family member gave her. Not paid for by Medicare or insurance. She had a script from her doctor. They then asked her about the paperwork. That says she was at her doctor and why? I said that was not needed when my husband got his rollator. They said things have changed. OK. She has that faxed over from her doctor. The next day. She got a call from this place. They said she was denied a rollator. Reason was. She was already walking with one. We told them the current one the wheels are messed up. Insurance and Medicare said. She was covered. She did end up getting her rollator elsewhere. It was truly covered. She paid nothing for it.

The sales person we worked with was extremely helpful. She even gave us the phone number contact for a competitor that worked with Medicaid/Medicare. Ultimately, we purchased the product from Home Care Medical.

Unfriendly and unwilling to help. Poor service.Will be looking for another company.
