Tony Mandella returns to Wauwatosa as chef and owner of Fattoni’s Italian/American Deli & Catering in the historic Arcade Building, sharing his legendary Italian beef, meatballs and slow-roasted pork.  The deli offers hand-seasoned meats sliced to order, a great selection of cheeses, plus a deli case filled with specialties like Italian coleslaw, chicken salad made from scratch, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and more.

Chef Tony brings his expertise to full service catering requests for weddings, business meetings, fundraisers and special occasions. Menu items may be ordered from a suggested list of catering options, or personally customized for any event.
