There is not a better caricaturist or portrait artist in Milwaukee. Jim Mitchell used to have a syndicated comic strip back in the 70s. He still does cartoons occasionally. But he excels in designing logos in particular. And his portraits always have that elusive look of actually being alive.In caricatures, no one in this tri state area is his equal.
