Good product. But service doesn't match the product which is too bad. The service isn't terrible but it's not great either. Communication needs to improve

I have to disagree with the other reviewer completely. If I had to guess, I'd say this was posted by a competitor. Chuck and Pam have been great to work with. They had the best prices and were the most responsive to our needs and questions. We tried another place first up in St. Albans but they never called like they promised and we never heard from them again after we spent an hour with them in their shop last fall.



Go with Avalon, you will not regret it.

Stay away from Avalon pools; the gentleman (termed loosely) who runs the company lacks any sense of customer service, works slowly, charges exhorbitantly and is extremely disorganized. The only plus to this company is a pretty good retail store in Milton, but I'd suggest its competitors in Colchester (Shepnell) and Burlington over this rip-off artist. Stay away!
