Advanced Energy Solutions retrofitted a new propane furnace and domestic hot water system at our house, replacing an old heating system and electric water heater. The work was done on a timely, professional manner, and the system performed without incident for six months. We have been very satisfied with it.



Last night our domestic hot water failed, and on investigation we found a leaking component, with some accumulation of water on the basement floor under the furnace. We called the company during the evening, well after regular working hours, and left a message on the answering machine. We received an immediate call-back. The responding technician turned out to be the owner of the company. He appeared at our house in less than an hour, promptly diagnosed the problem --a loose fitting-- made the necessary repairs, turned the furnace back on and waited until he was confident that it was working properly.



We could not have been more impressed, and pleased, with this quick, competent response to an off-hours problem. Moreover, we were charged nothing for this exemplary service because, we were told, the company always "takes care of its customers" during the year following the installation of new furnace.



It would be hard to imagine any better customer service than this!
