My dog was sick, not eating. On a late Friday afternoon, they told me to bring her in and they would work her in. Before we arrived, another pet arrived emergently. That pet' s care was obviously more critical than ours. The staff was very polite, and kept us updated about delays. Very professional.

My dog had a dental last year and Doc smith left one of his bad teeth unpulled. Lately my dog has had some episodes of bloating, arching his back, unable to lift his head and in pain .I have been in 2 times for this. I wanted x-rays because a few years back my dog had a bad fall. She prescribed drugs to mask the pain. She was more concerned about his skin. Duuuh??? Also my friend had her dog's dew claws removed and Doc took her dog back to get the stitches removed but when my friend got home, the stiches had not been removed. I will never ever go back!!! She should stick to selling snake oil.

Dr. Nancy was able to help two of my cats who, as it turned out, had been misdiagnosed and had undergone expensive (but unfortunately ineffective) treatments by another local veterinarian. She is a very experienced, caring vet. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Nancy and her staff is the most caring and loving Veteran clinic we've ever used. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for everything Dr. Nancy, we love you.

Stay away from this veterinary clinic. I tried to take my sick dog who I thought was dying there. They gave me directions to a emergency clinic, because I didn't have an appointment. Totally uncaring for such a sick dog in misery. I will never go there again or recommend to anyone. Beware!!!!! I found a caring vet who treated my pup and she is fine now.
