I've always came to this resturant and never had too much to complain about. I enjoy their sushi and hibachi. But the day after Christmas I ate lunch here with my family and I was wearing an expensive pair of sunglasses that my fiancé gave me for Christmas. During our lunch I say them done on the table and after we left I forgot to pick them up. So I called the next day and spoke to an employee about it and described my sunglasses to her, she then proceeded to set the phone down and describe them to her fellow employees that were sitting next to her. As she's describing them I can hear telling the girls next to her and I hear one of the girls say "Britanny wanted those." The girl then picked up the phone and told me she didn't see my glasses anywhere and I must have misplaced them elsewhere. The next day I call to speak to a manager to tell her the situation and she tells me she will speak to the employee named Britanny and will call me back. I never hear back from her and so my fiancé calls to ask about it and the "manager" claims to have asked everyone about it and that we were lying about the whole situation. If you ask me the managers and select employees there are thieves and liars.

The so called “General Manager” does not know what an American Express Travelers Check is. The hostess gave me a pen to write the travelers check out to OKKI, then when I was finished she told me that they don’t accept checks. I ask her why she would give me a pen and watch me write it out then tell me it wasn’t accepted. She pointed to the handmade sign on the wall that says: “Sorry, we don’t accept PERSONAL CHECKS” That’s when I had her call the “Manager”, who told me she didn’t know what a travelers check is or how to cash them. I told her that I was not going to let them cost me 100 dollars, then she said that OKKI didn’t cost me the money it was my fault. I then ask to speak with the owner, and I was informed that OKKI was a corporation, and I would not just go to Ruby Tuesdays and ask to speak with the owner. WTF…OKKI Inc. is a one restaurant “chain” in Pace, FL with an amateur web site. Apparently all the good employees here were taken during the illegal alien raids last year. The quality of food and employees will keep us from ever eating here again.

!!!!! DONT EAT AT OKKI IN PACE!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. We went there tonight and it was slow, they had to call in there back up sushi chef. My wife and I ordered 7 Rolls for us to eat. The server was extremely unprofessional about us ordering that amount. He acctually came up to the table and told us when he was punching in the order, "you know you are going to have Left-overs". We waited 55 mins when it was slow as all get out, and with 3 chefs working and the table behind us got sat after us, ordered the same amount of rolls we did after our order was allready put in and was served before us. When we got our food 20 mins after the other table they had 2 out of the 7 rolls we ordered correct then the server started making excuses and said they would re do it, I told him I had been there for 55 mins waiting for a skrew up. I was extremely pissed at that point and told him I was leaving and he could flip the bill for it. After I wait for 55 minutes I want my food to be perfect, especially with 3 sushi chefs working back behind the line. I told the OWNER when we left all he had to say was sorry. Didnt try to compensate me or anything. That owner is the same guy that owns the Monterays in MIlton and the ones in Pensacola. I have met him several times all he is concerned with is where he can find his next woman at. Very unprofessional and very very very rude. I will never go back. As some of you know I am in the industry and can relate to certain things. But one thing I cant deal with is Unprofessionalism with staff, and Waiting that long when its slow. I would understand if they were slammed. But It was DEAD. Just thought I would pass the word!!!!
