My doctor referred me to this specialist. This office is not customer service oriented. In addition to the staff's horrible customer service/patient skills, they will ONLY file a few insurance providers for lab work; however, even though they take MY insurance for the visit and they are in my network, they refuse to allow me to use my insurance at the lab that is covered (the doctor will ONLY accept from their lab - that will not cover my insurance). When I attempted to ask them how I am supposed to get the REQUIRED lab work (they will not see me as a patient, until it's done, and will not accept from my outside lab test), they sent me to the service manager's voicemail. This office's policies and procedures make no sense and there is no logic to their tactics. Unless they are getting kickbacks from THEIR lab??? Does this doctor's office NOT WANT new patients? It would be so much easier to simply say that, instead of the nasty attitude received from the staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING.

- I had a horrible experience with this dr. I have been suffering with POS for the past few years and my symptoms were getting out of control. My stomach as been growing exponentially to the point where I am having a hard time breathing, it has been pressing on my bladder and I am constantly nauseated. I have also been suffering with Severe depression and chronic migraines because I am Estrogen dominant. I was told that Dr coyle would be able to help me. I waited for 3 months to see him and when I arrived it was his nurse practitioner, Amy Stone. I informed them that had expected to see Dr Coyle but I decided to give her a chance because I was desperate. She was RUDE and UN-interested in hearing about my symptoms that I had been dealing with me. She asked a few basic questions, performed a PAP and then sent me on my way. On my way out the door, I told them I was upset that I was not treated properly. Nothing to help me breath or treat my debilitating migraines or constant nausea. I told her that I at least needed something to keep me from puking constantly. Instead, They asked me to leave. I did leave and decided I would call the doctor to let him know how his staff treated me and when he finally took my call, he told me that he had nothing to say to me. He said I threatened his staff. I NEVER said anything in a way that could be construed as a threat. I just wanted answers!! I waited for 3 months for NOTHING> They discharged me and told me I was no longer welcome in their office. DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! I came looking for answers for a disease that has take away my quality of life. I needed someone to help me but instead I was treated with disrespect and lies! I was just desperate for someone to pay attention to what I was dealing with and they could care less!!

Dr Coyle is caring and takes the time to figure out the CORRECT course of treatment for each patient. He is compassionate and brings what most doctors today do not remember to bring into their practice anymore, passion for his work. Dr Coyle is determined to do what is best for each of his patients! I recommend him to all of my family and friends. He is a WONDERFUL doctor. jb
