RUN, they act friendly in the door, but they are awful once you get in.

I think they are running a scam selling expensive lens, the lens will be some joke that will be impossible to use. So they replace them with some really cheap ones. Bam they just made big bucks for cheap lens. No refunds for glasses they cannot get the script right. very Rude office manager.

They are not ethical , bad faith,

Think about it, no body wants hassles with their eyeglasses they just want to see.

the fact that they cannot get it right and refuse to refund money when they cannot provide the service proves they are just out to get your cash

The office staff seems to be friendly...Dr. Joslin seems to know his stuff. Get a script for your glasses and go elsewhere to purchase though. I have waited for 4 weeks to get my reading glasses. I ordered them through Joslin, because of insurance, I also received my script and went else to get my distance glasses and my sunglasses....I've had those now for a month....but still do not have my readers. Guess they do not want me reading! Even though they are friendly, they seem to be very disorganized & maybe a little incompetent. I will use them again for my exam, but will not purchase from them again.
