I would like to thank Gaynelle for being so thoughtful. I am pretty much home bound and use a specific type of sinus and mucus relief medication that is carried by your store. She took time out a few weeks ago to go back in the new shipment that had come in to see if any of it had come in. They were very busy but she took the time to do this for me. There was none in the shipment. I called again about a week later and still none had come in. When it did come in she put several boxes back knowing I would call again. My family was able to pick it up for me. Most people only do their job but to me this was very important and she went that little extra to make my life easier. Thank You
