I contracted this guy to drill a new well for me, promised me a date and completion but wanted almost all of the fee upfront. When I said I wouldn't pay until he finished he started cussing and yelling at me, getting into my face until I was so scared I threatened to call the sheriff. At which point he made more offensive comments so I told him not to bother. Be aware of this guy and do your research, he has bad reviews on other sites and seems to move the location of his operation regularly.
