Absolutely unforgettable.

Ten years ago, I enrolled in Sweet's Gymnastics as just a tyke in a beginner's class, and though I'm no longer there (college in San Diego will do that to you), the memories and skills I've gained have definitely stayed with me. Sweet's Gymnastics provides a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere, and Mr. Sweet makes sure that safety comes first in all the coaching he does. To little kids, Mr. Sweet must seem the most fun guy around; he possesses the uncanny ability to energize anybody, not to mention an infectious laugh that simply brightens up the day. Yet Mr. Sweet can also be extremely serious, if his students want it to be that way. His coaching is far more than simply noteworthy, and he pushes you just far enough for you to realize your own potential--and then he pushes you some more.

Of course, this doesn't mean beginners can't learn anything at Sweet's; on the contrary, Sweet's Gymnastics is probably the best beginner's gymnast program in the area. Beginners learn basic stretches, fundamental skills (i.e. somersaults, cartwheels, handstands) and end every day with a "let's discuss what we've learned"--or a bunch of bounces on the trampoline, if they're good of course. Basically, Sweet's Gymnastics shouldn't scare away any newcomers--in reality, newcomers should come to Sweet's first. For those seeking the best gymnastics lessons (and beyond) out there, you can't do much better than Sweet's.
