Have used this Edible Arrangements mulitple times. Recently, the service has gone down significantly. Ordered an arrangements for teacher's appreciation week yesterday to be delivered this morning. Called first thing this morning to reconfirm that it would be delivered early (since it's a school and the day ends at 3pm). After being on hold for 20 minutes, they got on the phone and said the driver had not arrived yet but would be going out on the first batch between 12pm-2pm. I advised them that since it's a school, I really need it to be delivered sooner rather than later, closer to the 12pm vs. the 2pm. I really needed it to be delivered earlier than 12pm and stated that on the original order. He said he would let the driver know and make sure that it was delivered as soon as possible. The arrangement didn't get delivered until almost 3pm. This is so unacceptable especially since they see that it was a school. I will not be ordering from this location again.
