This place has undergone a huge transformation. The food is excellent, the bar is just lovely and the owner is super friendly.

Been going to fish stand for fifty years. New owner is so rude I can't believe it. She yelled at my husband for taking a couple of napkins! Will not be going back.

Otts Tavern is known for there fish, and that is what they get a star for. Good Fish. But the service is awful. The owners wife is the most rude woman I have ever incountered. Look at www.topix.com for Millstadt IL. for more knowledge of this place

Best fish you will ever eat. Been going there for thirty years. Bar is a quaint old time bar, everyone is very friendly & prices are right.Summertime, the outside beer garden is nice if you want to take kids.also has an eating area enclosed out back if you dont want to eat in the bar. TRY IT! ITS GREAT!!!!
