The woman who claims to be a manager is one of the most rude people i've ever experienced in my life. She's a complete bitch and I walked out on her, I went back another day when she wasn't there because the male manager who spoke with me over the phone was very nice. They need to fire the female manager working there because she is a NIGHTMARE and almost cost them business.

The store manager is a horrible person. She does not care about her customers and is rude, when she is there. Most of the time she is gone and can never get a hold of her. She treats her employees bad, promises promotions but only promotes her "friends". They overprice their furniture with dents and malfunctions and then she expects you to pay even though she won't fix the merchandise. Only the delivery guy is nice, Q is delightful and seems to have your best interest in mind. Go to him if you want excellent service, other than that, RUN!
