One star is really being generous. I can't even get an appointment because they have not returned any of my phone calls. I've left 3 messages over four weeks, and not even the courtesy of a response. I wanted to be a customer. I wanted to give them my money for the service they allegedly provide. How can you operate a business and not return potential customers' phone calls?

Everyone there was helpful & professional-I would definitely recommend. Price was incredibly reasonable, facility was clean & they were very kind and loving to the animals.
