Went with my granddaughter to the Miller Place NY location at 230 in the afternoon. Only 3 other tables w customers. All went as expected till we finished our lunch and waiting for her to come back so we could order ice cream. We were done over a good 10 minutes before she finally came back, & by that point the other 3 tables were gone so we were the only ones there. My granddaughter is 3 yrs old & not the quietest child, so I have no idea how no one realized we were just sitting there waiting. She finally reappeared w no apology or anything for the wait. She was pleasant enough and food was fine, but waiting w a toddler that long is crazy, especially since we clearly went at a time when service shouldn't have been an issue!
