Gerald Grimes has been my plumber for over seven years. The first job he completed for me was to attach my house to the city sewer system. He completed the job quickly for a very fair price. Over the years his people have come to my home for emergencies and non-emergencies. Each time the bill has been fair and reasonable. I remnant him without reservation

Came out for 20 minutes, billed me for over an hour for two workers @ 125 dollars per hour and this was a NON emergency call between the hours of 11 am - 2 pm on a weekday. Oh yeah, this was a simple above ground (no digging) just cut and glue a new PVC fitting on .... Ask them to adjust the bill for the time was wrong, they just sent bill back with "past due" stamped on bill. Come on 125 bucks per hour .... what do they think they are .... Hookers. Just trust me .... DO NOT CALL GERALD W. GRIMES PLUMBING. And for the record, I was out of town and my girlfriend made the call and yes, anyone could have fixed it for 3 bucks. Again, just remember Grimes rhymes Crime... do not call them.
