store RARELY has enough staff on duty 2wait on a customer, ESP. In make up departments. They work 1 staff member for 3 counters after 5 pm! REALLY, do u REALLY expect us to believe you serve most of your customers after 5 pm for expensive make up? I suspect MOST PEOPLE BUYING IT are working till 5 pm. Each counter trains their staff for only THEIR products, so if you don't have time to call ahead to set up an appointment on a day when ur make up person has someone working, ur wait time can b considerable b/c the untrained staff will take a LONG TIME 2 find ur product. Usually no less than 30 mins. If it's during the free gift time. Poor management of this store! It's also difficult at x's 2 get anyone 2 do anything but check u out. Otherwise, they don't want to b bothered. It did NOT USED TO B THIS WAY AT THIS STORE! They seem to know they have a monopoly of the trade in M'ville& use it to their satisfaction. Come on, someone please give them some competition. Some few staff r GREAT!
