Bad unit ac.and propane combo. Bought the place with unit already outside. Placed over the septic tanks for pete sake! Motor went , ACS said it has 3 year warrenty..motor is carrier.

Doesnt cool this 1300 ft mobile home. It was placed over the septic tank for pete sake. Motor went and was told 3 year warrenty, big lie. Carrier made the motor so I called the Carrier. 10 year warrent on the motor. Took old one to Macon and they replaced it for nothing, paid 100 bucks for a fella to install it. ACS is a rip off.
