Charged me almost $40 to wash my truck and I had to dry it myself will the employees were just standing there. Water spots everywhere

Damaged my driver's seat. Completely broke the frame when the adjusted the seat to move it into the car wash. Then the manager TOOK OUT the piece that was supposed to hold it all together!!! This costs $1,176 of damage and my car is no longer safely operational. The owner has been avoiding me and I've stopped in 2 days in a row to demand an answer.
