I would like to thank the lady at the front desk who met me ON THE WEEKEND which is completely out of their business hours. She explained to the technician that without our computer running, our entire business could possibly go down (a very expensive price to pay). I would like to thank the tech, himself, for fixing the computer the day after we brought it. When we had it here at the shop, we couldn't get past the first prompt so we called the tech and he came to our shop to help set it up. As far as pricing, I won't say they were cheap or expensive considering I am not too familiar with the computer servicing price comparison. However, it was cheaper than buying a new computer and for the service, we agree at Omnitech that it was money well spent.
