We were experiencing rust flakes coming through our air vents. I called Air Now and within two hours, Mr. Joe Hall came, identified the problem and fixed it. Mr. Hall was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Chris was very courtesy and professional. He inquired if any specific problems and took time to explain work that was done; any problems or general condition of our unit, along with his explaining how certain things are supposed to work. Chris called to let me know when enroute to our home with their arrival within the time frame that we were scheduled for.

If you are looking for a top class home town business to take care of your Air Conditioning and Heating needs, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better than the team of professionals at Air Now in Millbrook. The professionals at Air Now have been installing and servicing my Air Conditioning and Heating equipment for approximately 20 years with never a complaint from my wife and I.

But this past year they demonstrated to us just what a Gold Star operation they are and will have us as loyal customers for life. We had a new 5 Ton unit installed and all seemed good until the weather changed to Alabama SUMMER . . complete with extreme temperatures and humidity. And since we had purchased a rather high grade unit which boasts heat and humidity control, we were surprised when the unit didn't seem to be able to keep up with the demand to keep things comfortable inside the house.

The Air Now team(s) worked tirelessly day after day to determine the problem. With everyone at a loss for what could be wrong, they sent in Bill Talbot to analyze and resolve the issue. Bill was at our house from 1000 (10 AM to civilians) to 2000 (8 PM) hours. He identified that the unit was defective from the manufacturer, and contacted Air Now management. Terry Barrett took the reins and had a new unit transported by truck from Birmingham and delivered by 1500 (3 PM). The team of Air Now Installers and Technicians swapped out the units and did not stop working until all were sure that everything was working as expected. Bill and Terry were the last to leave, that's how you spell dedication to meeting your customer's needs.

I say a special thank you to the very special, personable, professionals who willingly and tirelessly contributed to providing us such excellent service. Without Justin Armstead, Terry Barrett, Scott Davis, Daniel French, Jacob Hayes, Jim Millhouse, and Bill Talbot I would not be able to sing these praises to Air Now.

nice truck.... really that's the best I can say. I had an emergency outage a couple of summers ago. They tried to sell me contracts, and charged me $450 to get us going again. They told me I need a $750 part, and would be better off with a new unit.
The company I use now, replaced that same board for $75..... My unit still works great!

Got totally hosed on a night time service call. Could have gotten a suite someplace for the night and gotten it fixed the next day and still saved money. They charge me over 300 dollars for a 38 dollar part. I was such a fool to use them but I never will again. What a ripoff. I don't know how they stay in business around here.

Great service today- hands down better than Myers. Very thorough, listened to what I had to say and was very adept at explaining what was going on. Will definitely use again!!

Excellent service and price

PLEASE tell me what company you went with because all the Air Now tech wants to do is sell me something new or charge me for some service not included in the contract. Last time he told me my coils needed cleaned and charged me $200+ and, all of a sudden, it seems I have "mold and mildew" throughout my system that a UV something or other will take care of -- for a huge price, of course. This system is 7 years old and when we got it, we bought into the salesman's bit about how a special filter system would improve our air quality -- so WHY would I have a mold and mildew problem? This time, according to the tech who didn't even change my filters, we need several other pieces of equipment at high prices. I have a contract with them until Jan. but when that's up, I'll be going with someone else and I would appreciate recommendations.

Personable, professional, proficient, technically knowledgeable, experienced - all describe any of the tech's we've had service our HVAC system over the years. We highly recommend them to anyone needing anything from a seasonal check-up to a full system install.

As a former HVAC Tech with Air Engineers in Jacksonville, FL, I was impressed with the professionalism of the Technician (James), Salesman (Daniel), and Installers (Kevin, Bill, & Jim) who handled our recent gas furnace replacement, which also included new duct-work and attic insulation. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would readily recommend Air Now to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Ken perform my AC check-up today. He was exceptionally thorough and so patient with all my questions. I am not easy to impress, but I have added AirNow to my "impressed" list. Can't go wrong with this company or its staff.

Ken was a very pleasant surprise! Of course all AirNow personnel are extremely polite and courteous, but Ken was very thorough and tool the time to explain everything he was doing. We were very comfortable with him as he took his time to inspect our system and found all the problems we were unaware we had. Thanks to the warranty we have there was no cost to us to fix all issues, Ken assured us that everything was in top notch order but in the event if something did go wrong we could count on AirNow to come right away, regardless of time of night, Day of week or even holiday. Thank you Ken and AirNow for your great service. You have a very happy customer.

Darren and Clay are the two employees I've had experiences with in the past and both times they were exceptional. Both of them were extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient with me. When our system broke down at 8:30 one night, Clay was here within the hour to fix it. Darren came out to do routine maintenance. He was kind enough to spend the time explaining everything he was doing, answered all of my questions with patience, and was kind enough to change out the air filters for me before he left. I can't say enough kind words about this company; no complaints here!

Tim came out and was very efficient and friendly. I was surprised that he was able to fix my problem today, within 2 hours at that. He explained everything very thoroughly and fixed my problem with ease. I would highly recommend AirNow to everyone, especially if all of their technicians are like the one I dealt with. I even signed up for their membership program, so I look forward to more positive experiences with AirNow in the future!

The technicians, specifically Tim Price, have been a wonderful representation of your company. Time has been out the past two times that we needed service. He has been wonderfully polite and knowledgable about our system.

I would definitely recommend (have recommended) your company and it's representatives to anyone needing a HVAC.

Airnow provides excellent customer service. Tim Price offered efficient and knowledgeable service. He was friendly and professional. There isn't a AC care provider that compares to that of Airnow in Millbrook AL.! I was very pleased with their performance.

Love Love Love the technician that came out! He explained my problem to where I can understand it and he gave me options on how to fix it. Did not feel pressured, felt like he truly wanted to help me!

I have always been skeptical of people coming in my home, just from past experience, but this was a very good decision to use Airnow. They came and fixed something that I had already had 3 other companies out to only charge me andd not get the problem resolved.
