My husband & I had our whole house carpeted by pocono interiors. We believe in supporting our local business. Well let me tell you the carpet in our living room and spare bedroom just fell apart ! When I called the salesman to come look at it I was given an attitude . They finally came out and they did replace the LR carpet at no charge but made us pay for the spare bedroom! We'll here we are again and the LR carpet is coming apart! I will never buy another carpet from them ever, ever again!!! The only good thing I can say is that the installers did at great job. I will go to Home Depor or Lowes the next time I replace my carpet.Emmy C.
