The owner is rude. the front desk is rude and unprofessional . One hair stylist purposely charged me too much and then lied about it. I tried going back and the next so called stylist screwed up my highlight because she clearly didn't know how to highlight hair. I now have to pay a professional to redo my hair! They are horrible!

I am absolutely thrilled to have found this salon! My stylist Jessica repaired another salon's error and did a wonderful job! They absolutely have a new returning customer in me!! Prices are very reasonable and the armosphere is comfortable.

Everytime I have been to this salon I have had great service. They have been very kind. Only once did I have to wait an extra 15 min,. and that was because it was prom season and the girl wanted her hair REDONE! The pricing is very reasonable. Love this salon!

I have been going there for almost 8 months- and everytime wait a minimum of 20 minutes. Last time I waited 45 minutes- with no apology, no offering of a drink while I was waiting to make up for my wait, and was even asked to reschedule after I had waited 20 minutes! Since I was there (on time) and rushed to get there and juggled MY schedule, I did not want to do this again, so I said I would wait when they said it would be 15 minutes. Almost a half hour later it was finally my turn. Agian, no reall apaology for wasting my time, instead constant complaints and explainations about how they were backed up all day. I am wondering if they knew the schedule was backed up, why was there no phone call to me, their client. I feel that this shows a lack of professionalism and no respect for me and my time.



This was the straw that broke the camels back. The time before I was there for a facial. I have gotten this service there a few times, so knew what to expect in this service they offered. This time I was taken 15 minutes later than my scheduled time. Instead of allowing me to relax and unwind, the lady giving the facial complained about how busy and how backed up she was. She complained about other clients she had seen that day, and even stepped out for five minutes to use the bathroom. My service was extremely skimped, and then cut short. Ending at the same time the scheduled appointedment shoud had it not started 15 minutres late and not had a 5 minute rest room break in the middle. Like Massages, facials are a service that is priced by the time. This should not have been an oppurtunity to "catch up" on her delayed schedule.



If you are considering this salon, I strongly urge you to take your business somewhere else. They are disrespectful of their clients time and money. There are much better placed out there!
