Beyond super service

I wanted to have something to eat and know that your store on State Route 28, in Milford, Ohio, has very good bread and soups. After I ordered, I realized that I had left my credit card at home and did not have any cash to pay for my meal. The manager gave it to me anyway. I thought this was way and beyond service to a customer and you will have me as a customer forever. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and this also gave me a very high opinion of the lengths to which your managers go to make a customer happy. A company like that deserves my respect and will continue to get my patronage. Thank you so much for being so nice to a hungry customer. BTW, your mushroom soup is awesome. Don't ever take that off the menu. My puppy was also grateful for the tables and chairs you have outside. It was a beautiful spring day and he got some of my sandwich as well. He gives Panera a paws up.
