My name is Tanya , I used to love going to this Milford Sally's location . If i am around the area i do tend to pop in from time to time. Everytime i do go the atmosphere is very tense and stressful. They lady's are nice but they all tend to ignore the customers as well as talk very inappropriatetly about their personal and sexual lives. Even the store manager you would think would have the sense to do something of this ,yet she as well talks of things any serious manager who is in that position would even do. She is very unprofessional as well as all her jewelry isn't one you would think of seeing a manager serious about her store and job would ware so many earrings. I'm sorry to say the past few months this store has been trashy and unprofessionally managed. Just they condition of the store is very uncleanly and how some girls resent themselves is not somewhere I'd like to shop. Many rude things have been said s well as Private talks. All around things that aren't right, alot should be addressed especially towards the store manager and her rudeness ,her appearance which seems not just trashy in a Sense but the stentch of cigarettes and bad Oder reeks. I'd love to be able to come to Sally's more as well as send not just all my clients but my employee s there to save money, I'd wish to see a huge improvement as well as maybe retraining and bring in a more professional group of employees and a store manager who enjoys her job and doesn't look so miserable to be there. A clean, professionally staffed store who'll greet and help anyone who does walk through their doors. As well as the store being more organized and clean than the trashy Dusty dirty store that it is right now. Thank you for giving me a chance to voice my opinions. I do love Sally's beauty supply store it needs alot of improvement s and I'd like to see a new for the new year. Yours truly Tanya E.
