Once again this year we had TCC out to clean and service our chimney and fire place insert. They were top notch professionals who were able to answer all of my questions about how my wood burning practices were going. It appears that their guidance has paid off, after having burned over 5-cord of wood, the chimney was not over loaded with build up. once again the knowledge they have in this "Top Notch". first time using this company,oil company works with them.these two pros were great at their job,very detailed in cleaning and cleaning up!!! they was also knowledgeable and helpful with answering all my questions about the service. i thought the pricing for the chimney caps was a tad bit high however i always spend my money where i feel comfortable,regardless of price. i would definetely recomend this company to anyone looking for chimney cleaning services,u get what u pay for!!

Completely satisfied with Nick D. who handled the service call on my stove. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fixed the loose fitting. He and his helper were neat, professional and respectful of my home. Would highly recommend Total Chimney.

We found this company via web search and booked a time to get our chimney cleaned/inspected. We recently bought the house and hadn't realized how long it had been since the chimney was cleaned. The technicians found much more than we expected, took care of everything and were very fair on price. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

Very happy with Total Chimney Care. They just repointed my chimney as well as repair flashing and replace chimney cap. Then they installed a fireplace insert. Total Chimney went out of their way to schedule a time that worked into my busy schedule. The field techs were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. They came to inspect and give an estimate for chimney issues identified in an inspection report done by a prospective buyer. The work that was needed ended up being minor and they attended to it on the spot. They were also able to identify and explain where and why the original inspector made errors, which will end up saving me time and money. Thank you Total Chimney Care!

Professional from start to finish! I chose to do business with this company based on the positive reviews online. I have to say my experience mirrors everything that I read! From scheduling the appointment to the actual service call, I found that everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Robert and Steve handled our service which included a sweep/inspection and a reattachment of a chimney cap that had been installed by another company and had blown off twice. Robert even took the time to dig out the chimney cap from underneath my deck even though I offered to locate it. No complaints - Would definitely do business with them again!

Great company! Quick to respond to my request for a quote. We scheduled an appointment. Technician Nick D showed up on time. Assessed the job in question, wrote up the work involved in resolving the issue, and gave me a written quote. I had a previous contractor look at the job and I had another contractor scheduled for later that day. Based on the level of service that I received so far with Total Chimney Care LLC, I told Nick that I wanted to go ahead and give them the job. I canceled the appointment with the other contractor.

Ed and Rob were very prompt and diagnosed the cause of my problem. In addition, they were very knowledgeable about everything related to the house configuration and the working of my fireplace. Excellent job!

I use this company every two years to take care of cleaning out our dryer vent. They are very professional and do a good job of cleaning. They go up on the roof to clean from the top down, and they also clean from the dryer vent in the house up into the vent on the roof. I will continue to use this company every two years.

Words can't even explain how outstanding Total Chimney Care is!! When we were visiting all the wood burning stores throughout CT, Total Chimney Care literally swept everyone away! Steve took the time to speak & educate us about the wood burners & all the choices that we had. He was extremely professional & sold us a top of the line Hampton wood burning insert. Not only was Steve & his store so impressive his staff was just as pleasant. His staff came to the house & took their time installing the wood burning insert & educating us as well. We called the following day to have staff adjust the flute on the chimney due to a wind storm & Total Chimney responded immediately!!

To save everyones time.... Start at Total Chimney & you will walk out a happy owner of a wood burning insert/ pellet stove.

Ed came to my house the other day to give me a second opinion for repairs quoted by another company. When he arrived I could tell he knew what he was doing and felt at ease. I followed him to the basement to show him the work I wanted done. Before he even touched the heating unit, he pointed out that the pipe connected from heater to chimney was detatched and moved about 1/2 inch off the unit. The last guy didn't attach it properly and if unit would have kicked on, I would have carbon monoxide in my basement. Thankfully he saw the problem, fixed it, and didn't even charge me. Great guy!

Be careful with these guys. They tell you that you have many problems with your chimney so they can make money. Please always get a second opinion before you hire them. Big scam!

The crew that came to my home was friendly, honest, and kept everything neat and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
