I was just there on 11/15/17 I keep thinking this place is going to change. I waited 33 minutes for 3 simple items. The sad thing is I use to be an employee there I should have know better to go there knowing how they prepare and take care of their food

Well im not someone that usually complains, but the experience I just had at this taco bell was HORRIBLE. It started with being the only people in line and it still took 10 minutes for someone to even take our order. Then while waiting for our food (which took forever) one of the female workers laid her head down on the counter and didnt move for atleast 5 minutes, she started coughing (which is what probably woke her up) and walked around the kitchen coughing without covering her mouth. So by now im pretty annoyed so I take my daughter to sit down and I grab the highchair, well after peeling my hand off the sticky chair I figured id just sit her on my lap. Well the table I chose was just as sticky so I told my girlfriend to just tell them to put the food in a bag and we will just eat it at home. Well we get home and my grilled stuffed burrito with steak that you pay extra for didnt have steak, or chicken, or beef. Then the burrito supreme my girlfriend ordered looked more like a soft taco wraped in a burrito supreme wrapper. I havent ate tacobell in a long time and it will probably be even longer this time.
