Nice place. Sometimes it’s too quiet but I am glad after dark it’s quiet. Homes are older but well maintained. The people who live here are nice and friendly.

Priced for low income. Homes are older but nicely maintained. The park has mostly older people and it’s quiet at night. The other people who live here are nice.

My husband and I lived here for three & a half years . The owner's of Hill Top are great. I moved from Hill Top two years ago. And I would recommend this place . To anyone ... If you have a problem , it will be taken care of. As quickly as possible. Keep it up Hill Top . Mrs R.

The worst park in the area every home has bed bugs and the staff are on meth and the manager will lie to your face

great place to rent from. the owner is a real nice guy. the management is great to. i got to put something up to 100 letters. it will not let me erase it.

Nice and quiet community in the Midwest city area. Mobile homes and spaces for rent. This property has nice and respectful tenants.

If you need to rent a trailer from these people. DO IT.We are in the process of moving in a mobil home and management is awsome helping get things going. We are going to love living in Hilltop Mobil Home Park
