Still waiting for somebody, anybody - to respond about a non-delivered item for Valentine's Day. Someone else mentioned it here - I should have read the reviews. Meanwhile they still have my money. By the way, don't bother with corporate headquarters either - they are as unhelpful as the store themselves. I've tried numerous times to call but the only way to get anybody at all is on the chat feature at the main website, but they can't do anything (they just relay a message to the store) - it is absolutely awful. Beyond words - and so sorry I tried something different for the husband this year. Read the reviews before you order!!!!!

Great store. under new management. Basket was delivered in a timely fashion. overall very satisfied.

I placed an order on Sunday to be delivered on valentines day and it never was delivered, I've called the store and no answer, so now I'm calling corporate and the bbb, and I'm requesting my money be given back!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order online on a sunday and set it to be picked up that day at 1:00 PM i went to get it and it was closed... I looked at the store hours an they are supposed to be open from 9-5. And apparently they have had lots of problems there.

NEVER GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE PEOPLE!! My order was a day late and the fruit was old, from the day before when it was supposed to be delivered. The owner denied it and said she can not refund a customer based on taste buds. The package and everything was dated the day prior.

Buyer BEWARE, do not use this store. It was the first time I had tried Edible Arrangements and unfortunately was not a good experience. First try they did not deliver all items on my order. Didn't call and let me know or decrease order price. I found out from the person I sent the order to that it was incomplete. Then on the makeup order they sent moldy mushy chocolate covered strawberries that had to be thrown away. Corporate office contacted them and asked them to call me and I never received a call back. Do not use this store!!!
