Over priced rip off. Talks a good game but should be locked up. Paid him good money with no results. Does not follow up. Call someone else. Negative 5 stars.

don't bother they charge you to come look at your septic tank and just talk to you about . they just want your money and over charge then other companies around the area.

We have an over flow of water in our septic tank, even after we had it pumped. My husband did research and spoke to some people and was told that the drain pipe to the drain field was probably clogged because the water was traveling from the septic tank to the d box just fine. (he did all the digging and checked the d box himself, so they had to do no work at all to check) This company sends the father and son out. the father himself has a nasty attitude. I was listening to my husband speak to them outside and over heard him say "Well I don't wanna stay here, give me my 100 dollars". He didn't want to explain anything to my husband, while the son was trying to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. An estimate of 600 was given to jet the pipes and then we had to have another company come out to pump the water out again. Upon doing some research and calling other companies, we were given 300-400$ quotes for jetting. I spoke to Jenifer Cordero, the office manager through email and received a snotty reply back. I won't type the full message but it basically ended with "you do the math". She did not read my message correctly and assumed that other companies were charging 600 to find the d box when in fact, I told her they charged 3-400 for the service of jetting and that I was told the majority of most high charges is based on finding the d box and pipes. So all in all, they have bad attitudes and over charge.

These people will rip you off. They charge 175.00 just to talk to you about your septic... that's it. Just talk.... Do not waste your money on this company.

never ever use ths mn he ill inspect your system an will not sign off unless he does the repairs he says that are needed to be able to sell your home ,he will jet your drain field out an charge 1500.00 for just running a pressure washer thru the field ,the septic caps he says that needed are a joke also ,we spent 2500.00 an 2 months later same problem he came back out to give another price of 5000.00 to repair we said no thanks ..do yourself a favor o not let this man inspect your home that your selling ..trust me..
