TWICE I HAVE CALLED FOR BULK PICK UP TWO WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. THEN WHEN IT IS TIME FOR PICKUP THAY NEVER SHOW. I HAVE EVEN FHP, GSP, AND THE LOCAL POLICE THIS TIME ON ME. I ASSURED THEM WASTE PRO WOULD BE THERE MARCH 4TH TO PICK UP. THAT I HAD CALLED AND HAD MY SCHEDULED MADE IN PLENTY OF ADVANCE.. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT IS STILL THERE. THEYDO NOT KEEP THERE TERE WORD AND ARE POOR BUSINESS CORPORATION SERVICES.

I'm tired of paying for weekly service to these folks when I only receive bi-weekly service if that. They skip our entire neighborhood ever other week at least. I'm not going to pay my bill this time until I see that they are going to get serious about picking up my garbage on a weekly basis. Lets see if that will get someone's attention.

I live on a non-maintained dirt road in south Leon County. Waste Pro does a decent job of picking up my trash on schedule. However, trying to get any information out of the company HQ is wasted effort. Getting them to pick up yard trash or any non-standard bulk items is a lost cause.

These guys are a joke. I complained to management and was told they weren't going to take it seriously because we had bad weather! What? Not only are they constantly dropping garbage on the ground, looking at it a driving off. Yes i've seen them do it! They fly down our street at about 40 mph and it's a 20mph road with kids. The manager said he would take care of it. Of course, he lied. Big shock! Looks like i have to give a 1 star rating but they don't even deserve that!

I thought that Waste management was bad, these guys are even worse. Rude people answering phone calls, my yard trash had been in front of my house for the last 3 weeks and when I call and complain, they hung up on me twice!

Waste Pro has been chosen as our new waste disposal company so Waste Management picked up all of their waste/recycle bins in our subdivision on the date as planned, so when Waste Pro came and delivered their waste/recycle bins in our neighborhood they forgot to deliver ours, it has been 6 weeks now and we have heard every excuse in the book for them including the managers!! This company is a disgrace to the community, at least they could tell the truth instead of giving false hope to their consumers...
