False and misleading advertising. I wish it were possible to give negative stars. First, your ducts cannot possibly be cleaned for the price advertised. Second, a reputable company would advertise a real price. The $79 special is only so you get them in your home so they can attempt to sell you additional furace filters, lights and sprays. They won't take no for an answer - if you say no, they have to call a "manager" who will offer you a "substantial discount" for the additional services if you refer other people. This company is also doing business as "Four Lakes Indoor Air Quality" in Wisconsin.

I used their services Aug 2 and after had an issue that needed to be resolved. Their customer service rep returned my call, worked out the issue and I was 100% satisfied with their work and the issue.. The job was well done.

SCAM!! Wish I would have read these reviews, this is a complete scam. The techs were very friendly, but same as the other reviews... I had a coupon for $59.99, even though I "passed" on all the extras, such as mold, sanitation... blah blah... and they still tried to give me a bill of almost $300. I refused and ended up paying $75 for the services. The tech basically told me I might be putting on a $75 band-aid on a $300 stitch job. Call someone else, don't get scammed.

This company feels like a scam. We called them to request a quote, telling them the number of vents, return air vents and square footage of our home. We were quoted $99 over the phone. The "technician" arrived late, started into the job as we had discussed over the phone but when he was done he began telling us we had more work that needed to be done which we didn't need or want. His boss called as he was giving us our bill and they started into some sort of script to try and get us to buy more of their poor service. They wanted to turn what they quoted as a $100 job into a $400 job. It took 20 minutes of him trying to sell us more junk and calling his boss before we could finally get him out of our house. The company was not up front in any way and was very frustrating to work with.

Buyer beware. We recieved a mailer offering 10 vents or so for $99.95. My wife called and asked for a bid. They came out to look at it. Got into the vents and then just asked my wife since he was already in there just to go ahead and do the job. Even though my wife had asked for a bid he didn't give her one. Since she had the coupon she figured it would be around $300-$400 so she said sure. My wife about died when "Wes" gave her a bill for $1500 at the end of the job. Not knowing what to do she paid the bill. They charged about $600 for the cleaning which is a bit high but in the ball park but then did a disinfectant and mold treatment for $900. Yes my wife should have asked how much but Wes should have told her how much before proceeding with the treatments knowing that they were almost as much as the cleaning. These disenfectants should not have almost tripled the cost of the job. We should have been told BEFORE. Don't trust Wasatch Front Cleaning!!! Call someone else.
