I do not understand the past reviews of giving only one star that was a while ago they seem to make a lot of changes the person who I talk to was Rex to get set up I was talking to him on Friday and they set me up Saturday afternoon I was very pleased with his knowledge and also the service tech Dave was pretty thorough on setting up my equipment but what I like the most is that every time I call them they treat me with respect and if I have any kind of issues they help me through it I do recommend them and don't agree with the one star.

I have never in my life given a negative review, but I have never in my life received such horrific service. They did not deliver what was promised to me, and the manager said that he listened to my calls and said that what I was claiming did not happen. I could not believe it. I still feel sick about it. I went with these guys to support a local company, but if you are a prospective client considering dish I would absolutely call a national agent.

I just want to thank the great customer services I received. They were kind and full of information for me any questions I had they had a answer! The installation was quick and verycourteous
I have been over charged 3 of the 4 months I have been with dish. I called when they overcharged me $20 in November 2012 -- they refused to refund the money and said the only way their system works is I would be a $20 credit at the end of first 12 months. Whoopie. When I received the paper statement for January 2013 it was $44 over my monthly charge. I stopped the autopay before they could deduct the overbilled $44 so they immediately took $50 on my debit card becuase I cancelled autopay;.

I heard about this company on KBear. I called and spoke to a rep and decided to go ahead and sign up. I provided a credit card to the rep and verified that it would not be charged. She assured me (and my husband who was also on the call) that it would not be charged, it was just for verification. She also promised NFL Sunday Ticket for the remainder of the season.
We didn't get the NFL Sunday Ticket. The rep lied when she told us we would. That promotion ended before we installed. No one was willing to do anything on that either.
The rep signed me up for auto bill pay, which I never authorized. They fradulently provided Direct TV with my credit card to charge. I have no issue with autobill pay. If she would have told me that was what they were doing I would have provided a different credit card.
I have called and spoken to a supervisor who could care less. They only care enough to get customers signed up, and even will lie in the process. No one there wants to take any responsibility or assist in correcting their errors.
I am working with DIrect TV directly to try and rectify the mess that DishPro's caused. If you are looking to sign up for Direct TV or Dish I caution you to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their ""freebies"" aren't worth it. They can not offer you any savings that Direct TV or Dish can. Might as well go through the company directly.

Heard about these guys on 104.7 The Zone. Called and told them what I needed and wanted. They were able to give me great deal plus extra promos. Bill was the installer that came Saturday to my house. Very clean, professional, fast and efficient. I got everything I was promised on this deal plus more. I ended up ordering the wrong dish for international channels, so they were awesome in having Bill come out and replace the dish with the correct one. Like them so much I am currently signing up my family members on the same deal. Thank you Dish Professionals

I signed up for DirecTv with these guys and they threw in the NFL Sunday ticket for free!! That normally costs like $350 bucks.... PLUS they installed it the NEXT DAY!! Couldn't be happier!
Placed an internet order with them on Friday. Monday morning Qwest calls me back with a totally different plan/promotion. I told Qwest that was not the information Dish Professionals gave me and cancelled the order. When I called Dish Professionals to get them to help me get to the bottom of it, they told me they would look into it. I called them 3 times to get information from them. After 4 days, I never heard from them and when I called back I was told by their "specialist" that if I had wanted the service that bad, I should have called them back and that the original promotion I had been sold was no longer available. Too bad for me. They really don't want your business.
I had posted a good review for this company on 11/2009 but in the past year it has gone a complete 180!!! I moved from UT to CO and couldn't have Dish at my new apartment. Dish Network took my equipment. Then out of the blue, these jokers tried charging my credit for $900, then $700, then $500, then $150 charge finally went though. MY BANK dispute reversed the charges and now they are suing us for $900. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!
called these folks back 2 times after they left msg accounting/billing was never there always comming in later .never called back then triead to charge us charge are credit card a lg sum of $ss buyer beware .next it will be better bussines bureau than blogs etc see if some one mite be able to answer questions or just be there .and their gas coupons are more trouble than its worth .so becarful when u listen to talk sports for dish pros andreas hype again beware.
We had our service set up had no problems until the day before a big game. We thought sure enough being a weekend we were out of luck. We called the Dish Professionals and told them our system went out. They came out before the game started the next day and fixed our tv. Everything was good as new before game time. These guys are professionals.
I moved and wanted to get set up with Dish Network Service so I called The Dish Professionals. I was concerned I would have to take time off work to be home for the installation instead they had evening appointments available and even install on the weekends. I didn't have to miss any work and got a great Dish package for a good deal. Would definitely recommend this company!
I called several companies shopping around for service and got a higher price when I called the Dish Professionals. After doing my own research the pricing I got from the Dish Professionals was correct. They were straight forward about everything I would be charged where as the other companies didn't disclose the extra fee for this or the extra fee for that. I guess they wanted to surprise me when I got my bill. I got the correct and best deal through the Dish Professionals and would recommend them to anyone.
We had a terrible experience with our cable provider and called The Dish Professionals to weigh our options. We got more channels and a cheaper price going through The Dish Professionals. They didn't charge us anything upfront and installed our system the next day. I would definitely do business with them again.
I called and had service installed the next day! These guys are fast. The installer went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly and I knew how to work the system. The HD quality is amazing! These guys know their stuff and are very helpful.
By far the most informative and straight forward company I have ever dealt with. Anytime I had questions they helped me and when you call them you don't get an automated system you speaking with them directly. This was a good company to go through.
We got the best pricing through the dish professionals and $100 in gas just for signing up. We had to mail in the rebate for the gas voucher, but that was to be expected. Everything was just the way they said it would be. It was a pleasant experience doing business with them and we would recommend them to any of our friends or family.

We went through Dish Professionals when we switched from Comcast to Direct TV in September of last year. We heard an ad on the radio that promised $100 in gas, $100 amex gift card and $25 Home Depot gift card. I called and asked several question, weighing our options. They told me that we would have to purchase a $100 receiver, which would have been free had we gone through Direct TV directly, but since we would still be $125 ahead, we decided to go through Dish Professionals. Big mistake! We eventually did receive the Home Depot card and some of the gas money, but what they don't tell you is that in order to get the rewards, you have to jump through numerous hoops and put in A LOT of time, which most people won't do. I was determined to get every cent out of them, and I was unemployed for a while so I had nothing but time. In order to get the Home Depot card, you have to send in a rebate form with $2.50 for shipping. I didn't read the rebate closely and put in a check for $2.50. The rebate was denied because I was supposed to use a chashier's check or money order. I called and complained enough that they got tired of me and agreed to let me send it in again. I had to spend additional money and time to get a money order, but I did eventually receive the Home Depot Card. One point for me! In order to get the gas money, you have to send in a rebate form each month, within 30 days of the expiration date printed on each rebate form. It takes several weeks to get your rebate, each in the amount of $10. Again, very time consuming and an expense with stamps, check, envelopes, and copying. Only the most organized people can pull this off. After dozens of phone calls, broken promises and a few tears, I am still waiting for my $100 amex gift card. I really wish I would have just gone through Direct TV and saved myself a lot of time and energy. Please, do not fall into their trap like I did. I consider myself to be a pretty smart consumer, but I also have faith in people. I believed that they would come through in the end, but after 8 months of this, I am very close to giving up. Even though I swore I would get every penny out of them that I was promised (it's the principle!), I just have too many other things to worry about. They make you jump through ridiculous amounts of hoops and they wear you down. They want you to give up so that they won't have to come through on their end. Please do not give them your business!
