Unfortunate customer service. I sell this at my work and I should of just bought some with my discount then dealing with these pretentious people. Oh and by the way if you want to purchase shoes for your children, no matter if they are the 'cheaper' shoe or not, they only last barely two months. They fit the shoe on my child and even then all the threads still ripped out within two weeks. My child's cheap Nike's lasted longer than these $60+ shoes. Very disappointing.
