LEMON VECHILES SOLD HERE. The buying experience was great it was after that we are not happy about. We bought a Ford f350 and the next morning the check engine light came on. Come to find out after taking it to the ford dealership, there was metal shavings in the transmission. The transmission needed to be replaced, no big deal, we had a warranty right? Wrong. Because we bought it with modifications already on it, they would not repair it. So we called the dealer, he told us he would help us. That was not the case. He wanted us to pay for us to tow it to his trusted shop so he could look at it and see if it truely needed to be replaced even after picture evidence was sent. Immediately, we were uncomfortable with that because we live all the way up in sanpete and I was afraid he would replace it with another used transmission if he decided to do so and we would be where we started, not to mention that's a huge bill to tow to his shop in SLC. He would not work with us and would only look at it in his shop but wouldn't guarantee he would fix it if we did. The ford dealership showed us there was new tranny fluid that had been in the transmission they had dumped. it showed they knew the transmission had issues when they sold it to us. Now I have another paper weight and have to buy a new tranny which is costing me about 5400$ on a truck I had just purchased for $25,000. Would not buy or do business with him again.
