Oops--made a mistake. We just sent a note referencing a low review on yelp. We saw the five star rating on superpages but only saw the school's general comments about services provided. We thought that was what had been rated a five. Only after submitting our comments did we see that further down the page we could click on a tab to see the actual review by a parent. Sorry about that. That is, indeed, a five star review and includes some very nice comments. Sorry about missing that one earlier. Even so, if you're looking for a reiview from the other side of the fence, so to speak, then still head on over to yelp. The five stars reflect programming and activities. The one star on yelp seems to reflect the overall culture of the school. It may be important to consider both. Also, sorry about having to click on any stars but it wouldn't let us post unless we did. We have only limited personal experience with the school. We just wanted to let parents know about the yelp review.

We just read a review on Yelp about this school. Some parent submitted it so we were uncomfortable copying and pasting to here. Even so, since we know all parents want to do their best to find a healthy place for their children, other than an owner's message on judy's book which, by the way, permits paid memberships by businesses so as to "control their online image," and a somewhat generic five star rating here on Superpages--that yelp review was pretty intense. We just felt other parents ought to know the review is out there since we only stumbled across it. Had we not landed on it we wouldn't have found it. Not sure why it doesn't list when doing google search for reviews on this place, but it didn't. We went looking for reviews because we were uncomfortable using the review links provided by the school in its own advertising. Seemed a little too controlled for our taste so we just started checking as many different review sites as we could find. Yelp's review is a must read.

We have 2 children currently enrolled at Primrose at Waterford and we couldn't be happier.Our 3-year old skips down the hall to her classroom and delights in playing with her friends.She adores her teacher and has just about mastered potty training (only pull-ups at night-yeah!). Our 1 year old is learning sign language and is enjoying making friends of her own.Her teachers really understand her serious side and keep us well informed w/how she is feeling and acting on a daily basis.The classrooms are clean and age appropriate and stocked w/toys that appeal to all different types of children.To our family, Primrose at Waterford is more than a daycare, it is a place where we know our children are safe and are learning and having fun. Very important to us is the fact that the same teachers are in our childrens classrooms everday so our children feel very comfortable with them.Did we mention how clean everything is? To all our Primrose staff/ friends thank you!
