Some years ago I was at this Petco with a friend. She had a ferret and was interested. The manager yelled across the store to an employee that we could not touch unless we intended to buy. We were not children or teenagers but women that might have bought. I found this a very rude way to deal with customers since I at that time was a Nursing Manager. I decided not to go back and did not until tonight. My 93 yr old father died and left me a dog. My neighbor suggested I go to Petco to have someone help me find her a new harness. I went in the store and did not see anyone to help. I wandered through the store and ended up in the fish area where I found a man grumbling with a step stool, obviously not happy. I asked if he could help me find a harness for my dog. He mumbled, tossed the step stool across the area he was standing in. I then said that I did not need his help and would go elsewhere. He did not apologize. He was the manager I was told. I will not go back
