My experience with this florist was not good. I ordered flowers for my fathers memorial service. The florist said the flowers I wanted were received in poor quality but instead of calling me and asking me for a different alternative, they used the bad flowers anyway. By the day of the service two of the arrangements looked dead and one arrangement didn't even have any of the specific focal flower we wanted. They offered no apologies, no credits, no hint of sympathy. We will not use this florist again nor will we ever recommend it to anyone we know!
