Make sure you know what exactly your insurance covers for the exam, I was charged 40.00 extra dollars last year, and realized it this year and they said that there was nothing they could do, no credit towards my sons next exam and it was their fault, the said most insurance company's dont cover contact benefit, so there assumption cost me $40.00, this world these days, and the worst part is the reception was not friendly and or nice about it at all. I have referred 3 people to there office also. It amazes me the attituteds that are giving to paying and returning customers. Simply sad
